Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is placed, we will dispatch your order within 2 to 5 days. We strive to deliver all the pin codes of India.
We offer free shipping for domestic prepaid orders. For COD orders, a shipping fee of INR 199 is charged on order valued more than INR 1,999. For COD orders of value less than INR 1,999, a shipping fee of INR 249 is applicable. Please refer to the table below for international shipping charges. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your complete shipping address with pin code and contact details. Please do not accept damaged and tampered packages.

The shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns/exchanges. We do not offer returns/exchanges on International orders.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In the case where additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, our shipping partner customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If an invoice for import duties and taxes is presented to you by the shipping partner at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the shipping partner at the time of delivery.
