Yes, we strive to deliver to all pin codes across India.
Once your package ships, you can track it by clicking on the “My Account” link on our website.
We adopt a 3-day policy. The Return / Exchage must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. if the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags and they pass all the Quality Checks, then your refund will be initiated within 2 to 5 days in the form of store credit for the amount you paid for the product. And in case of exchange due to size mismatch they will despatch within the same time period.
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can write to us at akloset@asthitva.co and we will assist you further.
Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will pick up the product from your doorstep within 3 to 4 days. Our courier partner will make three attempts to pick up the product for return. Please note that the field executives for delivery and pick-ups are different.
